- Lottery commitment period is from April 5, 2008 through September 28, 2008
- Registration is for a single individual and may not be transferred to another individual.
- Lottery winner must play in his or her position a minimum of 50 percent during the season.
- A lottery winner must guarantee a foursome and must pay the per-player lottery fee.
- A winning foursome must guarantee greens fees unless proper notification of cancellation is provided.
Lottery Drawing Schedule
- February 27, 2008 - Entry forms are accepted until noon.
- March 8,2008 - A team representative must be on the premises at 9 a.m. to select their desired tee time position.
- Individual tee times must be cancelled with 24 hours notice to the course to avoid a no-show greens fee.
- Lottery position tee times must be cancelled with 72 hours notice to the course to avoid a no-show greens fee.
- The failure to appear and pay for greens fees will result in one written warning.
- Subsequent no-shows will result in a greens fee charge to the individual's credit card on file with the course.
